  • The Upper School at Randolph-Macon Academy offers three different summer programs, ranging from the traditional academic summer school program to the opportunity to solo in a Cessna 152 airplane. An intense schedule of classes from Monday morning to noon on Saturday gets the high school credits you need in only four weeks, while evenings and the rest of the weekend are reserved for fun and relaxation! Saturday activities include swimming, athletic activities, and town leave. On Sundays, all students participate in weekend trips to major theme parks.
  • Rising sixth through eighth graders are eligible to participate in the Middle School Academic Summer Camp. Students attend enrichment and foundational classes Monday through Friday morning, choosing classes from math, reading, history, technology, and study skills. There are weekly field trips to area museums and attractions. Students participate in a wide variety of educational and entertainment activities each afternoon and weekend. Daily mentoring sessions help the middle school students learn team building and the value of community service. Boarding students are carefully guided through the four-week program as they learn to live away from home and with a roommate, and find themselves responsible for keeping their own room clean. Fun activities include swimming, paintball trips, trips to amusement parks, bowling, and much, much more
