  • Camp Pacific has been providing campers with unforgettable experiences since 1943, while providing a safe and fun program that enhances teamwork, self-improvement, and sportsmanship. Our three-week recreational camp hosts campers, ages seven and up, from across the United States and around the world. Experienced staff direct a variety of activities that help campers create everlasting memories and friendships. English as a Second Language (ESL) At Academy by the Sea/Camp Pacific, anyone who is interested in learning conversational English in a classroom environment has the opportunity to take ESL for an additional $250. Academy by the Sea/Camp Pacific offers two, week-long Surf/Bodyboard Camps. Campers are taught valuable skills in choosing equipment, making wave selection, and basic surfing/bodyboarding techniques. Our surf/bodyboard camps are designed to help campers improve their overall surfing and bodyboarding skills. Each session is one week long and packed full of fun daytime and evening activities. Group lessons on the beach and in the classroom, together with independent practice using hard and soft boards, combine for a dynamic week of learning.
