This policy covers how Summer School Review treats personal information that we collect and receive, including information related to your past use of Summer School Review products and services. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Private School Review does not own or control, or to people that Private School Review does not employ or manage.

Summer School Review collects personally identifiable information only upon user consent. The information is normally gathered through our surveys, newsletters, or other services we offer to users. Information collected may include, but are not exclusive to names, addresses, email address, educational history, and phone numbers of users of Private School Review.

Summer School Review actively conducts surveys by alumni and current students of US public schools. Completed student/alumni reviews are verified with their respective school registrars; however Summer School Review will not request any information beyond what is included in completed surveys unless given explicit permission by survey participants.
Anonymous information is collected in the form of site and page traffic performance which include geographic and demographic information.

3. HOW PERSONAL INFORMATION MAYBE USED

Personal information can be used to customize content and enhance user experience. Site and page statistical information is used to measure site popularity and usage. Users who have shared information may receive newsletters, site announcements, or promotional materials from public schools and other site partners. Users can always contact our site (information@publicschoolreview.com) and request to remove their information from all distribution lists.

Collected surveys are reviewed and posted on our site to enrich the overall picture of public school life. However under no circumstance is personal identifiable information relating to students made public online, verbally, or written without explicit consent by the survey participant. Summer School Review reserves the right to edit or remove survey responses for grammatical, spelling or suitability purposes. The survey responses do not reflect Summer School Review’s opinion of any US public school or their students, past or present.

4. HOW PRIVATE INFORMATION IS PROTECTED, CHANGED AND UPDATED.

All personal information is stored on our secure servers only accessible by Summer School Review employees. Under no circumstance is personal identifiable information released to the public or site partners without explicit consent of our users.

Account information and deletion of personal identifiable information will be executed upon user request. Survey responses maybe removed by the survey participant upon their request and will be executed no later than 7 days after the participant’s identity is verified.
